COVID-19: An Update To Our Customers
As a business, the wellbeing of our employees is our top priority. Whilst we would love to continue supplying our customers, we have made the decision to cease our warehouse operations until 14th April 2020 for the safety of our staff. This means that any orders placed after 3rd April will only be despatched after 14th April.

For all orders above £40 within the UK, Ayumi will provide you with FREE delivery.
DHL Express 1-2 working days: £6.99 This service normally takes between 1 – 2 working days to arrive once dispatched.
Royal Mail Signed For 2-3 days: £4.99 to £6.99 Royal Mail Signed For 2-3 days to arrive once dispatched.
UK Super Saver Delivery: £3.99 Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for. This service and normally takes between 2 – 4 working days to arrive once dispatched.
European Union: Despatch only via DHL, Delivery depends on destination. These charges can be obtained via our website
International: Despatch only via DHL, Delivery depends on destination. These charges can be obtained via our website
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes/customs duties depending on the destination of the country and is the sole responsibility of the customer. Failure to clear custom fees will result in a returns charge, which will have to be deducted from the refund amount.
We hope you enjoy using Ayumi products. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return your product with a valid receipt. We will do our best to refund you within 10 days working days from delivery. Please include your name, address, order ID number and reason for returning.
We can process returns for Ayumi products purchased from our website only, please note if you bought your product from one of our stockists, you will need to return/ exchange the product with them directly.
Incorrect or faulty items:
We rigorously check all items before we dispatch them, but if your item is faulty or you have received the incorrect items, we will refund your costs paid for the items and for initial delivery, as well as recorded delivery costs to return the item as long as you enclose a till receipt for the cost of returning the item to us.
If you choose to return an item for a reason other than it being faulty or incorrect, we can only refund your initial costs and not the cost of return to us. Please use recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.
Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
