Pure Olive Oil 150ml
The chemical makeup of Olive Oil contains a high level of oleic acid and squalene, which have an emollient effect with softening properties to help hydrate hair and scalp by penetrating the hair shaft and roots to restore moisture. It also helps strengthen the hair strand and enhance its elasticity preventing breakage and split ends. Plus, its vitamin E helps smooth cuticles and tame frizz. Olive Oil has a compound called oleuropein that impacts the hair growth cycle.
Olive Oil is a natural antioxidant that prevents oxidative stress fending off free radicals, potentially damaging cells and leading to ageing signs. Its anti-inflammatory Vitamin D & E help soothe skin conditions, including psoriasis and eczema. Thanks to the high concentration of vitamins A, D, K, and E, Olive Oil nourishes the even most sensitive skin, giving it softness, shine and tonicity.
Olive Oil is rich in nutrients and healthy fats that are not linked with weight gain and are protective against heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and joint pains when added to the diet.

Olive Oil for Hair
Measure out a small amount of olive oil- no more than a teaspoon- and apply the oil onto dry or split-ends of hair and scalp, which will vary depending on individual need. Cover the hair with a shower cap and let the oil infuse into the hair follicules for 15 minutes. Rinse the oil out with warm water, shampoo the hair, repeating this step if the olive oil leaves the hair greasy.

Olive Oil for Skin
Olive oil works well as a moisturiser without needing to add any additional ingredients- applying it directly onto your skin. From here, you can blot off any excess oil with a towel or warm cloth. Olive Oil may be especially helpful as a moisturiser after you've been exposed to the sun or suffered a sunburn.
