Neem Oil for Hair
Either mix a couple of drops of neem oil with a quarter-sized amount of your usual shampoo or you can apply a small amount of diluted neem oil once per day, leaving for 1 to 2 hours at a time. Leaving it on your hair overnight or using it more frequently may result in irritation; however, make sure to thoroughly massage the solution into your scalp and work it from roots to ends.
Neem Oil for Skin
Massage the neem oil into the scalp and comb through the hair, removing any lice in the process. Remove the neem oil with a natural shampoo, you may need to use two applications of shampoo to remove the last of the neem oil from the hair. Repeat this procedure 2-3 times per week until the lice are no longer present.

How To Use
Neem oil should always be diluted (1:10 ratio) with other carrier oils such as almond or sesame oils before applying to skin or hair. Other essential oils can also be added to mask the original pungent smell of Neem.
