Almond oil for hair
Apply almond oil directly to your hair, rubbing a small amount in between your palms before applying. To increase shine and softness, focus your attention on the ends of your hair follicules. Massage the oil into the scalp for extra nourishment before bed or skip this and leave the oil on your hair after styling it.

Almond oil for skin
Almond oil can be utilised as a moisturising oil. To do so, wash and dry your skin as usual, gently pat a small amount of almond oil — no more than a teaspoon — onto your face with your fingertips, and let it absorb into your skin. If you're using it as a moisturiser, you don't need to rinse it off.
