How To Use
Coconut Oil solidifies in cold temperatures. Warm gently (so it is luke-warm ) take care not to over heat.
Massage the oil into your scalp for 15-20 minutes, before smoothing oil into remaining hair. Leave for at least 45 minutes or overnight for an intensive treatment. Wash and rinse as usual afterwards.

This is such a huge bottle in comparison to other hair oils in bottles. The first really noticeable thing was the scent – it’s absolutely beautiful. It has the smell that really good spas have when you walk in the door, full of essential oils that immediately make you feel relaxed.
The scent is beautiful, pure essential oils leap out at you and it actually smells more like a massage oil than a hair oil. It’s a fine liquid that’s easy to pour out and use. The bottle is really easy to handle.
I used this a few times on my hair and love the smell it has when using. It’s quite difficult to work it into the scalp as with any oil. It’s very easy to get through the ends though. My hair has been bleached a couple of times within the last year and then subsequently coloured so is damaged to a degree. I felt this left my hair in much better condition after washing it out. It’s not easy to fit into a daily routine though as you have to leave it on for at least 45 minutes which isn’t practical on a work day.
The performance was maintained, it’s definitely a good hair repair/revitalising product for hair like mine that’s heavily coloured and bleached, My view stayed the same in that it’s a great product although takes time to do it properly.
My hair hasn’t got any worse and it’s less dry. The ends don’t look so unhealthy either – they were looking quite dry. There’s more of a shine to my hair. At the moment my hair is silver so it’s quite difficult to get it to look glossy.
This is aimed at dry, damaged and brittle hair and mine definitely falls into that category at the moment. I felt it worked really well, although it was a bit of a chore to do because of the length of time you’re supposed to leave it on for. I think what I’ll do in future though is just put it on the ends and not always on the scalp to see if that cuts down on the amount of time I need to wash my hair. My hair looks healthier and smoother which is nice. The ends look a little less ‘frayed’. I think if anything though I’d be happy just to sit and smell this product – it’s the most amazing scent 🙂 Maybe I should see how it works as a body oil too…….
I think the price for this is great, I see it’s £8.99 for the 150ml. I’ve never heard of the brand before but I will definitely look and see what other products they have. The bottle has a logo saying ‘Ayurveda Ritual’ and I think that definitely applies here – to use it properly is a really relaxing process but you need to have the time to do it justice.
