UK standard tracked delivery: £3.99 This service normally takes between 1 – 3 working days.

UK next day tracked delivery£6.99 (if ordered by 2pm, excludes weekends and bank holidays)

UK rates DO NOT apply for Guernsey & Jersey. For orders to Guernsey & Jersey, the respective region must be selected from the “Country / Region” shipping field. Shipping cost available at checkout.

Please note that you may be required to pay an additional customs charge depending on your destination country. Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship to Russia.

Returns Policy:

We hope you enjoy using Ayumi products. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return your product with a valid receipt / order confirmation invoice within 30 days of purchase. We will do our best to refund you within 10 days working days from delivery. Please include your name, address, order ID number and reason for returning. We can only refund your initial cost of item and not the cost of return to us.

We can process returns for products purchased from our website only, please note if you bought your product from one of our stockists, you will need to return/ exchange the product with them directly.

Incorrect or faulty items:
We rigorously check all items before we dispatch them, but if your item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, we will refund your costs paid for the items and for initial delivery, as well as recorded delivery costs to return the item as long as you enclose a till receipt for the cost of returning the item to us.

Unhappy customers:
If you choose to return an item for a reason other than it being faulty or incorrect, we can only refund your initial costs and not the cost of return to us. Please use recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
